Shipping policy

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Every order is packed by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for it to leave us. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Canada
Standard (3–9 business days): $14.90 up to 2 kg, $21.90 over 2 kg
Express (1–2 business days): $21.90 up to 2 kg, $25.00 over 2 kg

United States
Standard International (4–8 business days): $25.00, or Canada Post rates calculated at checkout

International
Standard International (6–10 business days): $25.00, or Canada Post rates calculated at checkout. We ship to the countries offered at checkout.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and can be longer during holidays or because of customs.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. When prepaid duties are offered at checkout, you can pay them there; otherwise they are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to us right away; once a package has shipped we can’t change its address. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days, contact us at pjradio1@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
